Gary Edmund Carter was an American professional baseball catcher whose 19-year Major League Baseball career was spent primarily with the Montreal Expos and New York Mets. Nicknamed “The Kid” for his youthful exuberance, Carter was named an All-Star 11 times, and was a member of the 1986 World Series Champion Mets.

Good card. Came from our new buy of an unopened 1987 Topps box. Centering a bit off on the front but the corners and cuts on edges are very clean…pretty impressed with the cards I got from that box-most in nice condition! Some poor Phillie runner getting hosed here!

  1. More of a Gary Carter fan than I thought. 10, well 9.1 seasons in Montréal. Awesome. Love we can see backs of cards easier going forward.
