This 30-card standard-size set was released early in 1991 by Post Cereal in conjunction with Michael Schechter Associates (MSA). The players pictured are some of the star players of baseball entering the 1991 season. The cards were inserted three-at-a-time in boxes of the following cereals: Post Honeycomb, Super Golden Crisp, Cocoa Pebbles, Fruity Pebbles, Alpha-Bits, and Marshmallow Alpha-Bits. Some cards (numbers 1, 6, 25, and 30) have a banner at the top that reads “Rookie Star”.

Cereal Box Griffey! I picked up this card after I discovered the Canadian version at the bottom of an old shoe box (seriously). (see Dugout files for more info) Great eye appeal on this card and its condition is near perfect! Its dead nuts centred and shows no sign of wear at all. Super clean and crisp! Also, I was really impressed with the back of the card. Nice blue-white shades and the print quality is awesome!
